Information from Authentication Providers

Users may sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google through Microsoft Entra ID B2C.

When a user authenticates using Google, we may receive the following information from Google:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • A unique Google account identifier

This information is used solely to authenticate the user and associate the user with their account within the Service.

We do not access, read, or store any additional Google account data beyond what is required for authentication.

With the Organization Using the Service

User account information may be visible to administrators of the organization that subscribes to the Service.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting providers) that assist us in operating the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of the data.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by trusted hosting providers.

When a user account or organization subscription is terminated, we may delete or anonymize associated information in accordance with our data retention practices.

7. Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

Our Service allows users to authenticate using Google Sign-In through OAuth authentication.

When a user chooses to sign in with Google:

  • We receive basic profile information including the user's name and email address.
  • This information is used only for authentication and account management.
  • We do not access or store any Google account data beyond the basic profile information required for sign-in.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by organizations and their members and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
